Suède – Mercredi 15/07/2020 –  energiesdelamer.eu. “Ils/Elles Bougent” – Senior Vice President and Head of Group Communications at Vattenfall, Karin Lepasoon, has decided to leave Vattenfall and will commence a position at SEB.

 

 

Karin Lepasoon joined Vattenfall in 2016 and has been in the lead of defining and engaging Vattenfall’s employees and customers in the new strategic positioning of the Vattenfall brand.

 

Karin Lepasoon has been instrumental in the transition of Vattenfall and a key promoter of our goal to make fossil free living possible within a generation. She has combined this with excellent leadership skills displayed in making our communications organisation an integral part of driving Vattenfall’s strategy and business agenda. I have truly enjoyed working with Karin and wish her all the best in her coming position, says Magnus Hall, President and CEO, Vattenfall.

 

Karin Lepasoon will leave Vattenfall at the latest in October 2020. A recruitment process for a successor will start immediately.

SEB has appointed Karin Lepasoon as Head of Group Marketing and Communication and member of the Group Executive Committee and will be effective as of 1 November 2020. SEB is a leading Nordic financial services group.

In her new role at SEB, Karin Lepasoon will further strengthen SEB’s brand and continue to build on the positive momentum with regards to SEB’s ongoing marketing and communication activities, together with the newly established marketing and communication team.

Karin’s experience also includes being Director of Sustainability, Communications and HR at Nordic Capital, as well as Executive Vice President and a member of the Group Senior Executive team at Skanska.
